Custom and Bulk Orders

Some of the most meaningful pieces we have made were built for a specific church, a specific family, or a specific event rather than the general shop.

Who this is for

Churches ordering shirts for a homecoming or an anniversary celebration, families coordinating matching pieces for a reunion, and community organizations marking an event all come to us regularly for bulk orders. These groups usually want something that feels specific to their occasion, not a generic design pulled straight from the general shop.

Bulk orders can pull an existing design from any of our collections in a larger quantity, or start from scratch with something built specifically for your group.

How a custom order comes together

We start with a conversation about what the event or group is about, what phrase or theme matters to you, and roughly how many pieces you need. From there we put together a design concept, confirm sizing across your group, and finalize a timeline before any production begins.

For groups that already know exactly what they want, the process moves quickly. For groups still figuring out the details, we are glad to talk through ideas until something feels right.

Timelines and quantities

Larger orders and fully custom designs need more lead time than a standard order from the shop, so reaching out several weeks ahead of your event date gives us the best chance to get everything right, from sizing to final print quality. Smaller group orders pulling from existing designs can often move faster.

There is no minimum too small to ask about. Some of our best custom pieces started as an order for a dozen shirts for one family gathering.

Getting started

Reach out through the contact page with your group size, event date, and any ideas you already have for a design or phrase. We will follow up with next steps and a rough sense of timeline and cost before anything is finalized.

Why we like this part of the work

Custom orders tend to carry a different kind of meaning than a regular shop purchase, since they are almost always tied to a real event, a real family, or a real community occasion. Being trusted with that occasion is something we take seriously, and it is genuinely one of the most rewarding parts of running this brand.

Seeing a photo afterward, a whole church wearing matching shirts at an anniversary service, or a family reunion photo with everyone in the same design, is one of the best parts of doing this work. Those photos are part of why custom orders remain a priority even as the general shop keeps growing.
