Order questions
For questions about an existing order, a shipping timeline, or an exchange, reach out with your order details and we will get back to you as quickly as we can. We are a small operation, so a little patience goes a long way, but every message does get a real answer.
For sizing questions before you order, check the sizing and care page first, and reach out if your question is not answered there.
Custom and bulk requests
Churches, family reunions, and community organizations regularly reach out for bulk orders, sometimes pulling from an existing collection and sometimes wanting something built specifically for their event. Either way, send us your quantity, your timeline, and a sense of what you have in mind, and we will work out whether it is a fit and what it would take to make it happen.
Lead time matters more for custom and bulk work than for a regular order, so reaching out as early as possible, even before every detail is finalized, tends to give the best result.
General questions
If your question does not fit neatly into order status, sizing, or a custom request, send it anyway. We read every message and would rather answer something slightly off-topic than have someone assume there is no good way to reach a small brand like this one.
We try to respond within a couple of business days, sooner when a question is tied to an upcoming event date. If you have not heard back and your timeline is tight, feel free to follow up, we would rather get a gentle nudge than have your order or event fall through the cracks.
As a small, closely run operation, every message actually reaches a real person who cares about getting it right, not a support queue buried behind an automated reply. That is a trade-off we are happy to make, even if it occasionally means a response takes a little longer than a larger company might manage. We would rather stay this size and keep that personal touch than grow into something where a message disappears into an inbox nobody actually reads.
